After your order is processed, it is sent out for delivery. Most parcels arrive within five to ten working days. We do our best to make the experience smooth and reliable from start to finish.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by delays due to customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or courier-related issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

To help us keep our prices fair and reduce waste, we collect orders and ship in efficient batches. This approach allows us to serve you while remaining mindful of the planet.

At Charleston Boutique, we work with a trusted network of courier partners to make sure your order arrives quickly and with care. For the long-distance journey from our overseas partners, we most often rely on YunExpress and Yanwen, specialists in international shipping. Once your package arrives in the United States, delivery is handled by familiar carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and current shipping conditions. This way, we can ensure reliable delivery times while keeping your experience as smooth as possible.

Policy on Return to Sender (RTS), Expired Shipments, and Lost in Transit Due to Customer Error
If an order is returned to sender, marked as expired, or lost in transit due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, including missing apartment or unit numbers, incorrect postal codes, or invalid addresses, the order will be non-refundable.

We are happy to arrange a reshipment once the correct and complete shipping details are provided. In such cases, the customer may be required to cover additional shipping costs. Reshipments will only be processed after the returned package has been received back at our warehouse (if applicable).

To avoid delays or delivery issues, customers are encouraged to carefully review and confirm all shipping details before completing their purchase.

Track Your Order
You can follow the progress of your order on our Track Your Order page. Tracking information usually becomes available two to three days after your order has been placed.
