Return and Cancellation Policy

At Charleston Boutique, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right, and we are here to make the return process as smooth and thoughtful as possible.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Can I Return My Order?

Yes, you can return your item within 60 days of receiving it, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • All original packaging and labels must be intact

  • The product must be in its original condition and show only normal handling

  • Items that relate to hygiene must be returned clean and unused

  • Any faulty or defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper care cannot be returned

Returns that meet all criteria will be processed within seven business days. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation and next steps.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.


Intimate Apparel

To maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear, lingerie, or other intimate apparel once the original packaging has been opened.

Please double check your size, colour, and style before opening your order. If there is any defect or we have made an error with your order, please reach out to us and we will gladly assist you.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our customer care team will provide you with return instructions tailored to your specific order. This ensures your return is processed accurately and efficiently.

Please do not send returns to the sender address on the package unless instructed by our team. Return addresses may vary, and in some cases, items may need to be sent to one of our international processing facilities.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, please contact us via email with a clear written statement. Orders that are already being processed cannot be canceled.

Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your cancellation. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction and will be completed within 14 days of receiving both your cancellation request and returned items.

Please note that shipping fees are not refunded unless you selected our standard shipping option.
